Orders placed over the weekend typically are mailed Monday. Please note that holidays, including major shopping holidays such as Black Friday, etc., may impact order mailing and arrival time.*
LLAMA LUXE ™ ships both domestically and internationally to a limited number of countries. Please find additional details below.
Domestic (United States) Shipping
LLAMA LUXE ™ is able to ship to all states and territories within the United States. Customers may choose the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) and shipping speed that best suits their needs. A tracking number and shipping confirmation will be forwarded once the order has been shipped.
Free shipping is valid for all domestic United States orders over $150 and is automatically applied during checkout. Customers are not able to select the method of shipping when free shipping is selected and delivery times may vary based on available carriers, items included in order, and when an order is placed. If an order delivery is time sensitive, we recommend selecting a faster, non-complimentary option.

A this time, LLAMA LUXE ™ is not able to offer free shipping for international orders. Therefore, shipping will be calculated at checkout for all international orders. Customers may choose the shipping speed that best suits their needs.
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Because taxes and customs charges differ in every country, please contact your local customs office to determine which, if any, taxes and customs fees are applicable to your LLAMA LUXE ™ order. International orders refused on delivery will be refunded once they have been returned to LLAMA LUXE ™, less the original shipping fee, any gift wrapping charges, and a 10% restocking fee. Any additional fees required to return the package to LLAMA LUXE ™ after being abandoned or rejected are the responsibility of the customer as well and will be subtracted from any refunds issued, in addition to the 10% restocking fee.
A tracking number will be forwarded once the order has been shipped.
